I brought a Versa as an upgrade from my charge 2 which I loved but wanted a waterproof one. Since using the versa it’s saying I’ve done zero active minutes which I know isn’t correct. With my charge 2 I was hitting 35-77 active minutes a day and sometimes more. It’s really frustrating as the versa just isn’t working properly. Has anyone else had or having this issue and does anyone know how to solve it. I paid a lot of money for the versa and I really want it working properly. Any help would be appreciated x

Have you done a restart? Like the Ionic, all you need to do is hold down the left and bottom right buttons for about 10 seconds. Upon release, you should feel a vibration and see the Fitbit logo appear.
Restarts often help sort out internal bugs, such as a heart rate monitor freezing.
