My brand new Versa 2 doesn't charge to 100%

I bought my Versa 2 today and it just stayed at 99%. What do I need to do to fix this?

@marmarjoon A warm welcome to our Community!

Let me help you charging your Versa 2. This happens to me to but I haven't seen the device performance being affected by it. It could be how the lithium battery displays its charge level. Remember that when charging an electronic and it reaches a 100% it will drain some battery to keep charging it (check this PC Magazine article about it). Still you can try restarting your Versa 2 by following these instructions.
