Hi,
1) I recorded my sleep last night, however when I looked at my results this morning it wasn’t in the bar chart that the advertisements said it would be.
2) My clock face doesn’t wake up when I turn my wrist? Is this a devise issue?
3) my clock face option on the app keeps say ‘sorry there seems to be a problem, please try again later’.
Do I need to replace mine before I use it too much to return it. I only bought it yesterday!

Sleep stages - you o ly get sleep stages when the watch picks up enough data to generate them. Have a read of this Help Article on Sleep Stages
If your clock face xoesnt show when you turn your wrist, check that this feature is turned on in the watch. When your clock face is showing, press and hold the left hand button. On the page that comes up make sure the Screen Wake is on Auto.
I doubt your Versa needs replacing at this stage!
