My clocks face screen won’t swipe 

now showing reset failed 

but can not use touch screen to continue with okay button

watch is not responding

In addition to the restart please try to change the clock face of your Watch. If you are using a third-party clock face, please switch to a Fitbit clock face. For instructions, please visit this article.
