My computer isn't keeping up to date with Phone, Versa2.  I can't get my alexa to keeping working on my Versa2

Hi @bjlamb  how do you sync? Generally we sync with out smartphones and then we can view it on the computer.

Your phone does the syncing of the data that is on your Fitbit. Have you tried restarting your phone and your device?
