My daily exercise tracking sometimes it misses a day-Versa 2

When I check my daily exercise tracking  sometimes it misses a day.   It seems random, but wonder why this is happening.  
it doesn’t matter what the exercise is, it’s a complete day that is excluded.

I'm sorry to hear that you are having difficulties to see all your daily exercise tracking on your Fitbit account. Thank you for the information provided.

 

You Fitbit Versa 2 records detailed minute-by-minute data for 7 days and can store daily totals for up to 30 days. If you sync your watch frequently your Fitbit account shouldn't be missing any data.

 

To try to resolve the issue, please perform a restart to your watch by following these steps.

 

In addition, you can set it up as a replacement device:

  1. Tap the Today tab, and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
