The new update on my versa 2 seems to have lost all my active minutes. Its bit tracking my heart rate anymore. Only had it 2 days. Really frustrated. I've tried turning phone and watch on again and unpaired and paired it again but the data is lost. Any advice.

Hi there, @Woodtigger. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for sharing the details about the issue with your Versa 2. I understand how frustrating this can be.
I'm afraid there's no way to retrieve your steps lost. However, if you remember the exact amount of steps or the name of the activity you performed, you can try manually logging the activity. For more information, see How do I add, edit, or delete Fitbit data and activities?
To avoid this from happening in the future, please make sure to sync your Versa 2 before updating it.
As for the heart rate, see What factors can affect my hear-rate reading on my Fitbit device?
If by any chance you're running into syncing difficulties, make sure that the mobile phone you're syncing with meets the requirements listed here. Then, see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
Hope this helps.
