my bak is not listed in the fitbit pay but they talk about another way to still be able to do it but its incomprehensible 

im not sure what they mean 

please help me i bought this watch just for that option

I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced. Thank you for the information provided.

 

I noticed that you've been in touch with Customer Support. I'm pretty sure they've provided a high level of support. There is a feature suggestion called "Add Desjardins to Fitbit Pay (Canada)". You are welcome to vote it and if there is any update, it should be communicated as soon as possible.

 

Some users with credit cards not supported by Fitbit Pay have been able to use this feature after following the instructions in this article in the menu "What can I do if my bank or card isn't supported by Fitbit Pay?".
