I have recently moved and my versa has had trouble verifying my deezer account as we did not have internet connection for a while. We now have and I have connected my fitbit versa but it will still not verify my deezer account. On the watch when I click on deezer I get a message saying "deezer music expired. Refresh by connecting to a saved wifi network". On the fitbit app I am connected to the wifi. If I click on deezer on the fitbit app I am asked to confirm wifi settings which are all ok. I have had my versa charging. I have uninstalled and re installed deezer. I have restarted my phone (samsung s8) and my versa. I have disconnected my versa from my phone and reconnected it. It has worked before why not now?
Please help. I just want to be able to play music again at the gym like I used to without using my phone!

I was just coming on to look for an answer for exactly the same issue. I have also tried everything you have. Let’s hope we get an answer as I’m really frustrated.
