My experience with Fitbit Versa 2 and the Customer Service

My recently (05.2020) Versa 2 is dead and customer service has been giving me a lengthy run-around about a replacement. My family has had Fitbits for years and have always experienced fantastic customer service. If this issue is not resolved quickly this will be our last Fitbit.

Hi @TDickmeyer  sorry you're having problems. You'd have to admit these are unusual times and even the best companies are stretched thin to have enough people providing customer support. I've notified a moderator about this and they will be by to address this issue with you. If you have it, a case number might be helpful.
