I've never seen anything like this! Are we in 1965? Am I looking at an analog device? I've had my $200+ Fitbit Versa 2 for a little over 1 1/2 years, and it suddenly stopped working properly. There was no damage done to the device but the display began flashing like crazy over a week ago. Has anyone else experienced this issue? I've restored the watch to factory settings, to no avail. Sigh!
Fitbit has lost my confidence and I'm ready to switch to an APPLE Watch (which apparently, I should have done from the get-go)! I've tried to reach out to Fitbit and the only response I've received is an offer for 35% off a new device. I don't want a new watch. I want the watch that I paid good money for to work, or Fitbit should repair it.

I use to have a versa just over a yr and the heart rate sensor stopped working never. Got it wet mind full of my things I take of them I chopped it up to bad luck so I upgraded to versa 2 few months later and just over a year of me having it the heartrate sensor again stopped working I strongly believe that it is done purposely. To keep buying but now I realize there game I'm going to Samsung ..Fitbit will no longer get my money they are extremely dishonest

are you kidding me, My versa 2, the trap pin wore a hole clear through the watch body rendering it useless and I received the same response as everyone else, 35 percent off a new one. Why in Gods name would I invest more money into the same poorly made defective product? its a sport watch, so it should be able to handle physical movement without wearing a strap pin through the main body. They are not made to last.
