My experience with Fitbit Versa 2 and the Customer Service

I have searched everywhere. Nothing. Screen is stuck there. Have been trying to fix this for several days after my screen messed up. I've uninstalled the app, taken it away from my Bluetooth list, restarted my phone, everything that the instructions say to do to no avail. The only thing the company has offered me is 35 percent off and that code doesn't even work on the website. I regret every even purchasing this watch because it has given me problems from day one.
