I have the issue of my Versa 2 watch not holding a charge. I restarted and put all settings on low. It will only hold a charge for maybe 6 hours. I have only had the watch for about 18 months. I reached out to customer service and was told my watch was not under warranty anymore. They did give me a discount on a new Fitbit, but why would I pay good money for a watch that only lasts less than 2 years.
SO DISSAPPOINTED!! I will pay additional amount for an Apple watch with has GREAT customer service and backs their products.

Hi there, @Lauralou515. Welcome to the Community Forums. We‘re taking into consideration your comments and sentiments with regards to our products and services.
Thanks for your question about why we offered a discount towards a new Fitbit product instead of a replacement of your existing Fitbit product. Our limited warranty provides repair or replacement of products that have a defect while still in the warranty period. Your device is out of the warranty period, and therefore is not eligible for repair or replacement, but we want to offer you a discount to thank you for your loyalty to Fitbit.
For more information about our warranty, see fitbit.com/legal/returns-and-warranty.
Thanks for your understanding. Have a good day!

The point was not that I was questioning my warranty, it was that your product was not reliable and didn't last more than 18 months. In my opinion the watch was not a quality product.

I also have had a problem with my Versa 2 which is now out of warranty. My microphone no longer works as well as my Alexa connection not working. I tried all of the fix its and none worked. All I got was frustration. They wanted to give me a discount on a Versa 3. No thanks. I would expect a product that costs as much as this one would last longer than a year and a half. What's to stop another Versa product to do the same. I went on the forums and saw several people with similar if not the same issue as I have. The week after I reported my problem to Fitbit customer service, my husband developed connection problems with his versa 2 but he chose to receive the discount for a new watch. I think you are right that the watch is not a quality product.
