My experience with Fitbit Versa 2 and the Customer Service

Hi,

 

My versa 2 stopped working from 7th august.. and I spoke to customer service few times to troubleshoot the watch but it is not working.. then they told that the device is not repairable hence fitbit cannot do anything as warranty period is over... The life of the product just few days over to 18 months and its scrap now... it costed me ~20K Inr and just gone without adding any values... just thought the products before buying..

I have nothing to add in my previous comment. Totally disappointed about the durability of the product. Now I have nothing just to search some good durable product from other vendor. 😞
