My experience with Fitbit Versa 2 and the Customer Service

Fb versa 2 heart rate stopped working 3 days after warrantee was up. Online I see that thousands of people have reported same issue. Should be recalled. Fitbit does not stand behind product. Says they will give 35 percent off a new one. Why would I want 35 percent off another piece of junk? A watch should at least last a couple years. We took great care of it. Do not buy anything with fitbit name on it.

Our limited warranty provides repair or replacement of products that have a defect while still in the warranty period. Since your device was out of the warranty period, and therefore was not eligible for repair or replacement, we wanted to offer you a discount to thank you for your loyalty to Fitbit.

Same response we all get. Fitbit has lost many longtime customers because of poor quality and ignoring issues with their products.
