My experience with Fitbit Versa 3 and the Customer Service

I have had my Versa 3 for 14 months. It has stopped charging & stays at 0%. I have cleaned the back of the watch & tried multiple charging cables. Apparently the warranty does not cover this. So disappointed because I wore/used it everyday.
