Imagine Yourselves Spending $250 On A "Smart Watch" And Having It Randomly Fall Apart While Washing Dishes 2 TIMES Before You've Barely Had It For 1 Year.
Also Imagine The Company You Bought It From Knowing That It Is A Common Issue But Instead Of Correcting The Issue, Extending The Warranty And Offering To Replace It(AGAIN)
Expecting You To Spend Your Hard Earned Money To Buy Another One Of Their Faulty Products(At 35% Off) And To Potentially Be Burned For A Third Time.
This is What I Got For Choosing To Buy A FITBIT.
I Say That To Say,If You're Looking For A Reliable "Smart Watch/Fitness Tracker" Do Yourself A Solid And DONT CHOOSE FITBIT And Go With Another Company That Has A Sturdy Longer Lasting Product Who Actually Cares About Customer Service And Doing Right By Its Consumers.
I'm Highly Disappointed In This Company.

Hi there, @royalillness859. Welcome to the Community Forums. We‘re taking your comments and sentiments in regards to our products and services into consideration.
Thanks for your question about why we offered a discount towards a new Fitbit product instead of a replacement of your existing Fitbit product. Our limited warranty provides repair or replacement of products that have a defect while still in the warranty period. Your device is out of the warranty period, and therefore is not eligible for repair or replacement, but we want to offer you a discount to thank you for your loyalty to Fitbit.
For more information about our warranty, see fitbit.com/legal/returns-and-warranty.
If you have any further questions or concerns regarding the outcome of your case, please feel free to reach out to our Support Team once again so they can clarify any doubt.

Having a Warranty Is Understandable, But Even If It Was Replaced (AGAIN),Having A Fitness Tracker Priced At $250 That Doesnt Last And Has To Be Replaced On An Average Of Every 6 Months Is Not.
But Rest Assured,I'll Make Sure That Anyone Listening To Me Won't Waste Their Money Like I Did.
Hope You Understand.
