I have had my Versa for 15 months. Worked fine one morning, later that afternoon it is gone. I charged, I've held down the button & nothing. Very disappointing that a higher end product didn't last longer. I want to keep with a fitbit but might wait until the charge 5 has a find my phone feature. Little reluctant to pay to replace the same item that failed on me. The measles 35% coupon from the warranty department is not worth it.
