My experience with Fitbit Versa 3 and the Customer Service

After only a week the strap on my versa keeps detaching from the watch. I have contacted Fitbit who now require me to return it to them ( as I bought from them direct)   I have put in a complaint but they say that there is nothing that they can do! I now have to be without a Fitbit for at least 2 weeks!
