My experience with Fitbit Versa 3 and the Customer Service

So upset my Versa 3 fell off my wrist no warning strap just came undone. I have complained and they offered 35% off next product. I have had it 6 weeks screen is cracked. Absolutely appauling service. I am astounded noone is resolving this.

I had the same problem—my new device fell on the floor and cracked as I was putting it on. I don’t like the new style of watchband with a bump instead of a regular buckle. Fortunately, though, when I reached out to Support through Chat, they replaced my device right away.  Maybe you should try again.

They new straps are awful, impossible for my pensioner parents to put on, quickly got better ones from Amazon.
