So I got the recall...ionic was the best watch ever...I got the versa 3 at a discount price because of the discount wich wasn't 40 percent and there shop sells way more expensive than a normal shop ...so not really discounted .....I ask for a refund of my versa because it's not reading heart rates properly 2 of my freind have the same issues ....I simply wanted a full refund ....oh right your only going to give me a discounted refund ....so there just gonna refund me a discounted price even though they have 2 faulty products given to there customers.....how am I supposed to buy another with just 102 pounds a no discount voucher ...you guys have absolutely ripped my arms and legs off ...I would of just shoved your discount and bought from a cheaper shop if I new this ....I literally could of bought one from the shop for 15 pounds less at the time than your trying to give me back for the refund 😂😂😂 pathetic do better customer support
