My experience with Fitbit Versa 3 and the Customer Service

The 35% off discount code that Fitbit is so generously offering to those of us who had our Versa 3’s bricked by the latest FITBIT update last month is completely useless. It’s not good toward any of the new watches including the Versa 4, nor is it good towards the current Sense or any watch on sale AND the Versa 3 is now discontinued which was apparently the ONLY watch it could be used for.  Please someone from Fitbit please tell me WHAT product this discount is meant to be used on????
