My Versa 3 purchased in 2021 is still under legal warranty, I'm very upset because according to support service there is no way to repair a damaged screen, they just replied it's not in their returns and warranty policy and they offered a 35% discount voucher (valid during only 30 days) to purchase a new product. I really don't understand this policy which is totally inconsistent with macro trends around sustainability and the push towards circular economy and the use of more responsible products, and longer product life spans. I'm seriously considering other brands for the renewal of my broken smart watch since to me, TRUST is key in relationships and I consider this is not fair to claim on your website as part of your sustainability commitments that you are working to improve product repairability and recyclability... it looks there is still much work to be done here !

Hi @guherdu - breakage is not normally covered by most warranties, however, some house insurances or credit cards may cover it.
At the moment many of the watches are on offer and you may get an even better price [more than 35% off] in the shops or elsewhere online.
There exist screen protectors and also often breakage coverage can be added when purchasing.

With the purchase of the extended warranty, (third party support), screen damage is covered.
Basic warranties, Phones, cars, watches, kitchen appliances., etc, rarely covers physical damage.
This is spelled out in the warranty that was accepted durring registration process.
