My experience with Fitbit Versa SE and the Customer Service

I have the special edition device and somehow water damaged, eventually Fitbit sent me the replacement but it is only standard versa2! After while I have been told that they don’t have the special edition anymore and I will have to wait for a special edition device until god knows when. 
I am disappointed with whole progress so far, it has been 2weeks now I don’t have the watch the track my daily activities. 
can someone have any idea what shall I do ?
