My experience with Fitbit Versa and the Customer Service

Hi,

 

I have had a Fitbit since they came out. And I loved them built my button quit working and my Versa screen went black. Fitbits only solution waxx so to buy a new watch! They used to have great customer service not anymore. All they would offer was 30% off. I guess I will have to get an Apple Watch. I feel bad but if I can’t get good service I’m not going to buy another product that will break within a year!

If it truly was within a year, I think Fitbit would have replaced.

Please do get whatever brand you think will suit your needs and best help your well-being.

But if you have been otherwise happy with Fitbits since they first came out until this, I would consider that a decent track record.

 

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
