After trying everything under the sun for the past 3 weeks to get my Versa 2 to sync to my new Samsung s20, so that I can get text messages and incoming call notifications....It doesn't happen and I'm done!! Finally I called Fitbit customer support only to hear it isn't compatible with the Samsung S20! GRRRR! I've had a Fitbit for years and decided to upgrade...it's going back! Guys, don't waist your money!
