My experience with Versa 3 and Customer Service

Brought a Fitbit versa 3 which stopped working within the warranty the replacement has now done exactly the same thing however Fitbit customer services will not issue another replacement as they are going by the Warranty  of my first purchase and not when the replacement has been sent they have offered me a 35% discount on a new purchase but I think it’s unfair that I have to pay out when it isn’t my fault - anyone else had a similar

Hi @Luannbonello  the warranty information says that the time period is from one year (USA) or two (some European countries) from the time of purchase, even if there is a replacement issued. So, it's exactly what Fitbit has told people on these forums for quite some time. warranty info
