I’ve had my Versa 3 for about 18 months and loved it until a few weeks ago when it would no longer hold a charge for more than a day. Up to that point it held a charge for 5-7 days and nothing has changed about the way I use it. Now, it’s not holding a charge for even half a day. Anyone have any ideas? I contacted Fitbit and they are offering a discount on another watch, but I’m not inclined to buy another Fitbit if it’s going to die like this one. Thanks in advance.

Hi @Jlg228 - unfortunately the sudden short battery life of that sort is generally a watch fault from water getting in. The other thing that may cause an issue is syncing. So try with the phone Bluetooth off for a few days and see if it make a difference.
But just in case, after syncing the watch hold the watch button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start afresh.
For reference here are some other ideas with How to resolve the Major issues causing short battery life.

Thank you for your reply. I had no problem syncing and I don’t use a lot of the apps, etc. that can drain a battery. It seems the watch is now dead. While charging the battery went from 35% to 0. Very disappointed the Versa 3 didn’t last more than 18 months.
