My experience with Versa 3 and Customer Service

My Fitbit Versa3 has stopped working. I have tried to contact Fitbit which is a total waste of time. Links don't work what a terrible company. I really cannot afford to throw this watch in the bin but that's all it is fit for. I live in the UK  how do I get a warranty return.
