My experience with Versa 3 and Customer Service

My versa 3 was stuck on fitbit logo. Tried resetting, but it doesn't resolve. I have researched and found many were complaining on the same issue. Its just little over an year and fitbit escapes saying its out of warranty period!  An expensive junk that just last for an year. It seems more like a scam! Please let me know if any finds a solution for this. No more fitbit products!
