After about 3 years of daily use. It works but won't sync. Been on phone with customer service a few days this week. Best they came up with is offering me 30 days to use 35% off a new fitbit product.
I'm done with fitbit, not the best. Luckily I bought mine from Costco, so going to return it and get a garmin!
