My experience with Versa 3 and Customer Service

My Fitbit versa 3 screen went blank, however for 3 days activity was still synced on my phone. I followed all the recommended step on the fit but app, still blank. On the 4th day, quit working completely. On July 15 I called and spoke to Joshua, who had me go through all steps again, plus had me clean the charger and phone with a toothbrush brush and then also rubbing alcohol. Nothing. He said he had to check with warranty department and disconnected. I didn’t get a reference # for the call or any further information. Very disappointed with the product and service. Done with my 12 year Fitbit account.

I'm sorry to hear that the screen of your Versa 3 is still blank. We‘re taking your comments and sentiments in regards to our products and services into consideration.

Even though I truly appreciate you took the time to come here and express your feelings towards your experience with your Versa 3 and also want to find a resolution to your issue, my best advice is to keep the conversation with our Support Team. Note for this kind of inquiries/cases/process, there's not so much we here in the forums can do for you as this is something that our team handles based on our policies. I've seen your case and our team did provide a resolution based on your warranty status, please make sure to check your junk or spam folder.
