My first FitBit and I’m very disappointed - gps, and Spotify issues

I’m a brand new user and I’m already not happy about the Versa 3. First of all I think it is very misleading to say you have Spotify support, when in actuality you can’t use it without your phone. The watch is just a glorified remote control. Why did you chose to do that and why isn’t it VERY clear in your advertising that it’s the case?

I’m also disappointed in the gps feature that is under reporting the distance. What’s up with that?
I’ve read several reviews now where that’s one of the drawbacks.

Another issue that arose today on my second day of using the watch is that my logged water disappeared from the watch, but it’s still logged just fine on the app.
I haven’t see anyone else say that yet.

I’m considering returning my watch to get a Garmin instead. For the Versa to be a smart watch/exercise watch and it can’t track gps correctly isn’t worth it.

Same here, unless things change rather quickly I be off to Garmin too. I pay for premium yet don't even get basic as so many things are broken in the app and have tried everything that's suggested including deleting the app, unpairing etc Fitbit needs a good kick up the backside and wake up to all the issues and start fixing them

The same with the sense, I'm waiting for my garmin fenix 6 to arrive, despite not being the newest, several sports and technology channel reviews praise it for its accuracy.

I like Fitbit, but every release the news is premium and it's not a reliable sense/versa3 device.

Hi, had the versa 3 for about 2 weeks, the heart rate very high , even doing nothing, breathing rate, HRVnot working, , active zone minutes way to high and no sleep stages ect.  Contacted customer support many times and all they say is there working on it. Over the years had 4 other Fitbit  but Fitbit needs to fix this fast or do something for there customers!
