My fitbit Versa 3 no longer tracks sleep and has a tracker for menstrual I am 70

Can anyone help me with this?  I have been trying to follow suggested steps online google search to no avail.  I went to "discover" and unfortunately it would not allow me to add sleep or delete menstrual.  URGH!
