My fitbit app is in chinese when I download it from google play store??

Hi,

Got my fitbit versa today and it told me to dowload the app to get sarted. Well I did as instructed but the app is in chinese as a default. I managed to create an account with google translater thinking that it must be possible to change the language when im logged in but no, couldn't find that option anywhere. So what to do? I have deleted and reinstalled the app three times now but no change. I cant pair my watch to the app because I dont know any chinese.

Click on the little card on the top right of the App.  Scroll down to Settings and click on Advanced Settings.  Click on Select Location and selet your Location..  Once you have that correct, the language should be correct.

Thanks, but all that was in order. The problem appeared to the fact that I had Chinese keyboard downloaded, however not activated. After I deleted this altogether, the app changed itself to English. This is quite a problem because I will spend the next 5 months in Taiwan, and now I can’t have a Chinese keyboard for example to write addresses in Chinese. I hope this will be fixed at some point. I think it is quite stupid that the app just decides itself the language and don’t give the option for the user to choose.
