My fitbit is locked and says to unlock with my phone. Help!!

That happens if you put in the wrong PIN on the watch 10 times. Instructions for unlocking are in: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2250/

My son has been using this watch, therefore no Pay was set up on it at all.

Also because holding down the three buttons, or the left and top right
button did nothing, we did unpair the phone and watch, in hope that we
could reconnect to the phone again, as nothing was working on the phone to
unlock the watch. The phone can find the watch, but get a message to add
four pin code, but of course we can't do that as the watch says "unlock
from your phone". So we couldn't unlock the watch via the phone and we cant
pair it to the phone or another phone as we cant enter the pin to pair it,
due to being locked!

The watch is not doing the hard reset at all. I even let the watch drain
completely of battery and tried to do a hard reset with a little of charge,
but it doesn't vibrate after going from three buttons to two buttons after
logo disappeared.

As you've unpaired the tracker from the phone I don't know how you solve this. It may be best to contact customer support to see if they can help: contact.fitbit.com

To keep things logical for you and us, I've merged your many posts. 

As for status, as Fitbit users, we do not have access to your case. 

 

Fitbit Support can be contacted by E-mail, Twitter, Facebook, phone and only chat. The last two or only available when there are people able to respond. 

 

If the tracker was not removed from the account, it would be a 30 second procedure to reset the pin. 

I'm not sure why when the instructions clearly say to use the phone to unlock, instructions to reset pin, the first thing users do is to remove the tracker from their account and app. 

When you get the pin reset, please choose the option to only lock the wallet.

Perform the factory reset. By following the instructions found in this post
