My fitbit isn't updating my caloric intake

My fitbit app isn't logging my caloric intake correctly.  I have tried force closing the app, restarting my phone, uninstalling and reinstalling the app on my phone and also un-pairing my versa from my phone and then pairing it to my phone app again.  I also took it off of the wifi and put it back on the wifi.  I'm just not sure what I can try from here.  It doesn't matter what I input for food, it always stays at 400 calories in.
