So, I bought the find my phone app bc I always lose my phone around the house. I went to install it and the button was grey and it told me I couldn't install it until my fitbit app and device was up to date. So after doing some digging, I currently have version 32.12.19 which I found is pretty behind. I go to my account on my app and there is no "pink" update button like the update instruction I found here say. Those instructions I found said if the button wasn't there then I had the latest version.
What do I do? If I have the latest update then why cant I install any new apps to my versa? please help!
(yes I have also made sure my iPhone is updated and that the app is updated?

Hello @sgking and welcome to the Help forums. It is really strange that you haven't gotten any firmware upgrades. There have been several. Firmware upgrades are rolled out progressively, but this is too much. Try the following -- I am in the process of doing this same thing on an Ionic that has been in storage for a while:
I got a device update notification the next morning. Like your Versa I am many updates behind. But now I am halfway there. I am waiting to see when I get another. It might take some patience on your part.
You should not do a factory reset on your own UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. But if my advice doesn't help, you can contact Support. Do a factory reset ONLY if a Support tech tells you to.

i tried doing that twice and it won’t work because i am having the same problem.. i tried to get a new clock face but it says my fitbit isn’t up to date although the pink ribbon isn’t there please help!!
