A few months ago I call text support that I noticed my versa was not receiving texts messages anymore. They stated it was a software issue. Is it still a software problem

@YR1 Are you able to receive other notifications? Is your watch syncing without any issues? Finally, what's your phone model, OS and Versa firmware number?
