My fitbit stopped working all of a sudden

Hi all, I've had my fitbit for a little over 6 months and it just stopped working all of a sudden. I have tried charging it, but the screen just won't turn on. Can anyone help with this? Quite disappointed as I take good care of it.

As it is only 6 month old it is still in warranty. 

 

Have you tried all the diagnostics/fault finding as listed in the user manual?  https://staticcs.fitbit.com/content/assets/help/manuals/manual_versa_en_US.pdf

Hi.Mine too. I bought one year ago, and have been using it carefully. Then, suddenly stopped working now.. so sad.

Thank you. I bought it over a year ago but only started using it 6 months ago. not sure it is still under warranty. But will contact support as advised. Thanks for your help!
