My fitbit versa 2 health & wellbeing is stuck on dim

Cant get it off dim .When i go into settng and  into brightness and tap dim  nothing happens doesnt move off dim . Wondered if i could do it on my computor ?

Hello @katypars and welcome to the Community.  I apologize if I'm misreading what you wrote.  If your screen brightness is stuck on Dim, your Versa 2 might be in Sleep Mode.  Swipe down on the screen, then tap on the Quick Settings icon in the upper right.  Check to see if it is in Sleep Mode.  If this isn't the problem, can you give more details?  I'm not sure what you mean by health & well being on the Versa 2.

I'm sorry, but you can't make these changes on a computer.  I'm also moving your post to the Other Versa Smartwatch forum, a better fit for your issue.
