My fitbit is not connecting to WiFi. I wanted to transfer music on to my versa using desktop. Then it suddenly told me I need to connect to wifi. So I did, then the WiFi was just loading and loading and then, a message poped up saying, "we can find any WiFi's" or something like that.plese someone help me... Music is my life.

Exact same problem here.  Still not able to connect mine and I think I've tried every single 'workaround' that has been suggested.

You need to use the 2.4 WiFi, not the 5ghz
