My fitbit versa is not turning on

Hi, 

My Fitbit versa is playing, with me from the past couple of days. 

Initially, my steps were resetting. I thought to do a factory reset. But after Factory reset, it is not turning on. Any help?

Hi @pravjain   If several restarts dont fix it, it sounds like it has died. Your only option is to contact Support and hope they can help you
