My fitbit versa has died and I'm unable to restart it tried holding all buttons down nothing happens. Won't register when I put in fitbit charger. So annoying just done a long walk and it won't be registered now!!! Only had it since Xmas day .... any suggestions?

welcome to the club 😞 sorry to hear that.. mine was damaged three weeks ago and was more disappointed when I've seen all the comments here about the glitches and faults that are happening to the versa.

Mine just died today & unable to restart. Who do you contact to either get new battery/return? Troubleshoot? I’ve only had mine since mid December.

It's annoying isn't it I'm going to try to spk to customer services. But gotta remember my Twitter logo on details as that appears the only way to complain 🙄
