My fitbit versa lite account was wiped clean. now it happened to my wife

I had my fitbit account for over 6 years. when I purchased my new fitbit Versa lite. a week later. I could not login or change my password. I called customer service only to find out my account had been wiped clean.

It took 10 days to get my account back with no data. now my wife has the same problem.

now she may have to wait 10 day too I guess . I am sure 

my wife and I are not the only ones.

Hi @askmrhp , go to www,fitbit.com/consent on your PC, There you will see the Fitbit Dashboard. Login the usual way and if that is accepted, go to your Fitbit app again and login there too in the same way and the problem should be solved. Regards kuzibri

It still will not let her log in .it says does not exist or wrong password.
