Hi, I bought my versa exactly one month back from Kohls in LA. My screen goes wacky this morning and l learned from internet that this issue is happening with other people exactly one month after they bough device. Can you please let me know how can i fix it? I did two times reset for factory as well, but didn't work. I am now not in US. Please help.

@uahmad This might be problematic. Since the factory reset did not help, you will need to contact Customer Support for a potential replacement. FItbit have a few locales it operates in. North America, Australia, EU etc. If you're not in one of them, you will need to provide Fitbit with your friend's address in one of those locales, that is if it's possible. Where are you located?
