A few months ago this happen and it was sent back then returned refurbished to me and now it's worked a few months and the same problem is happening??? I have restarted my phone, my fitbit, removed app and downloaded it again I have toggled my Bluetooth on my phone my phone can find it neither can the app. I recieved the versa as a 60th birthday present in August 09 2020 not even a year yet and this is happening for a second time these are not cheap over $200 and my family children and grandchildren were so excited to buy it for me as a gift now they wish they had gone a different way I love my fitbit versa and all I ask is maybe send a new one this time or really fix this one PLEASE
