I have had my Fitbit for about a week now, and I'm still not receiving any notifications at all regarding my calls, texts, email, etc. I have reset set three times now and I'm growing a little impatient. I bought this item from Amazon, and now questioning if it was just a fake? When I go to the watch it says its already connected to the notification, and that I have no notification, but when I go to my phone they still come through. (by the way, I have a Samsung s6) Could it be possible that my Fitbit is broken? Please help!!!!

Hi @jaysid2013, could you do me a big favor and just verify that your notifications are turned ON in the Fitbit app? Just tap on your "Account" icon then the picture of your tracker (in the upper right hand corner). Next, go to "Notifications" and then "Enable Notifications". Next you will be prompted to allow Fitbit notification access on your phone. Turn them on, and then sync your tracker.
