I have contacted someone and told the guy how much trouble I was having with my heart rate from my 1st one and since I was still under warranty the guy had said that they would send a 2nd one out to me and all I had to do was pay the $3.99 for shipping to receive my free 2nd replacement. After I have received it (forgot when I got it in the mail) it worked for a good while untill about the last week of May and the sensor green light stoped lighting up and working 🤷🏻:female_sign:🤦🏻:female_sign: I love my fit bit I just wish I didn’t have a problem with the sensor 😭 I have done now 3 restarts and fallowed everything on every step you do to get it to work again and the heart rate still won’t come up and work? Can someone please help? Like I said I like how everything else about it works it’s just the heart rate thing that won’t work and that’s what is very disappointing about it? I honestly don’t know what is causing it to do that? Please help!🙏🏻☺️😭 thank you!
