My husband, myself and our neighbor have not been able to receive notifications in weeks. We have all followed all instructions on resetting from Fitbit and read all articles that we can find to fix this problem. I have a hearing problem and rely on the notifications heavily, any suggestions?

Update your devices to latest operating systems.
Apple is IOS 13
Android is 9.0 or so internet says - I'm an IOS user!
FitBit is 32.68.9.12
As you are all affected? Are you with the same ISP? Are the, apps, firmware & software up to date for router etc?

My husband is an Apple user and my neighbor and I are Android users. Routers are up to date and phones as well. My husband is Verizon and I am Sprint, not sure what carrier neighbor uses.
